Return Policy


All returns must be returned within 30 days of the date on the packing slip (damaged items must be reported within 7 days); items must be undamaged and in original saleable condition.

A 20% restocking fee  will be charged (minimum restocking fee is $5.00 per return). We request that you have packing slip with order number available with all RMA requests.

Items that we receive damaged will not be accepted for full credit. Please note that items received in the following condition will be retuned: cracked cases, covers that are marred, scratched, marked, dented, discolored, etc.

Opened CD’s or DVD’s are not returnable

Any items returned due to non-satisfaction (i.e. not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued a refund for merchandise cost only (shipping charges of any kind are not reimbursed or credited).

Please allow 1-3 weeks for credit to be completely processed.

Defective Products:

THECHAPELSTORE.COM will accept and issue full credit for all in-print defective items based on the publisher’s qualifications. (Defective is an imperfection with the product such as: bad binding, upside down pages, bad printing, no sound, blank video tapes, etc.)

Seasonal Items:

These items are not returnable. (i.e. Christmas Cards, Wall Calendars, Halloween Tracts, etc.)

Damaged Products:

When damaged product is received from THECHAPELSTORE.COM, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy for All Returns:

1) Download the Return Information Form and fill out completely.

2) Please clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper 

Credit, as well as including the downloadable PDF returns form. (both required)

3) The RMA number is valid for only 30 days. 

Helpful reminders for shipping products:

In the contents of the box are packed too loosely or too tightly it will cause damage to the items.

Make sure enough padding is used. Do not use peanuts of paper. Place padding on the bottom, around the sides, and on top of the items. We do not recommend that you reuse boxes, as the shipping materials have been weakened during the original shipping process.

Consider double boxing. Boxes can be damaged during shipping. 

Ship via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail. (We do not recommend shipping standard US Mail because of the damages that occur. They also have no way to track lost packages, unless you have insurance. THECHAPELSTORE.COM does not take responsibility for lost packages.)

Locations that package and mail for you will double the cost.
